Welcome Beloved,
Thank you for being here.
My name is Dawn-Tara, a name divinely chosen by my wonderful mum.
In Olde English and Irish Gaelic my name means “Sunrise over the Hill of Kings” or “Daybreak over the Elevated Place” and in Sanskrit it means “Morning Star” or “Rise of Goddess”. Perhaps my mama knew my path before I did!
I am a lifelong singer and Mystic, a lover of roses and deeply in touch with the Divine Feminine. As a little girl I spent my days roaming the forests of the Laurentians in Quebec, Canada, communing with birds, animals and the Fae realm and singing to the moon. Originally raised Christian, with a particular affinity for Mother Mary, I re-membered Goddess as a young adult whilst researching my Pagan British and Celtic ancestry in college.
Remembering The Great Mother..
My initiation into motherhood led to a profound spiritual awakening and a calling to return to the lands of my ancestors. A pilgrimage to Glastonbury, England - the Isle of Avalon, brought forth immense transformation which led me down the path of becoming a Priestess of Sacred Sound. I am now an accredited International Practitioner of Holistic Medicine through Sound Healing, certified by Myrtle Grove Mystery School. I am a Priestess of Goddess, Temple Singer, Women’s Circle Facilitator, Sacred Space Holder, Soul-Led Writer & Artist and a Mystical Mama.
In addition to conducting private individual sacred sound sessions in person and online, I host group sound bath circles in my home temple space on the South Shore of Montreal, Quebec. It is also my passion to organize and lead Goddess-centered workshops as well as weekend retreats to connect with the Great Mother Goddess through song, dance and artistic expression.
